My name is Alexis also known as Lexie and I am a 20 something Mum of two with an unhealthy obsession for all things beauty, my main vice being nail polish.
I live with my husband, two children, three cats and one pug in the south of England.
I am self taught in all things nails. If I can do it, so can you!
My interest in nail art began late 2010/early 2011. I was first inspired to try THIS tutorial on Leanne's blog, Do Not Refreeze. It was somewhat successful and I was hooked on nail art. I had roughly 10 nail polishes at the time and I could probably name them all for you still now, but I won't. I started searching out other nail blogs and came across The Nailasaurus, Chalkboard Nails, and Copy That Copy Cat to name just a few.
I decided to start my own nail blog in January 2012 but wasn't brave enough to post until March 2012. Since then my nail polish collection has grown to over 300 bottles, I have found so many amazing nail blogs which are a constant source of inspiration and I have virtually 'met' so many lovely and talented ladies!
